职位描述
协同产品及设计团队，负责蔚来智能系统的需求规划与交付管理，包括与蔚来整车产品及公司内部其他团队的需求协同与沟通；同时须负责产品体验部门内的团队经营管理 主要工作职责： - 基于整车及市场需求，规划并管理蔚来NT1-NT3各代际整车软件迭代，并在产品体验部门内部高效完成信息对齐 - 制定产品&设计团队具体的交付目标与行动计划，对交付团队的资源、交付能力、交付质量进行监控，把控项目关键节点，管理项目风险； - 组织面向蔚来智能系统迭代的跨团队/跨部门的需求验收，支持整车及智能系统的GTM工作 - 与整车项目经理协作，制定并维护软件开发大框架下的部门间协作流程、规范和标准；解决具体问题的同时，负责对组织工作流程与支持工具进行迭代优化 - 管理智能系统类项目资金池，支持智能系统及智能应用类项目自立项至结项的全生命周期 - 结合CBU机制背景要求，监控并分析部门经营状态，制作部门经营看板，协同部门负责人闭环每一笔收支
