工作范围 The scope of work 根据公司信贷政策及相关规定对融资用户进行审核，并做出审核建议。 主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 1.负责个人信贷业务的审批工作，结合用户资信、车辆情况及申请材料，通过电话调查等方式进行独立核实与评估，出具专业的授信建议； 2.严格审核申请材料的真实性与完整性，有效识别并规避信用风险及欺诈风险，在确保风险可控的前提下，保质保量完成日常审批指标； 3.针对审批过程中发现的问题，及时向用户提出改善建议或要求补充材料；妥善处理市场端及用户端的反馈信息，协助优化审批流程； 4.负责防控欺诈风险，对发现的欺诈案例进行复盘、报告与深度分析，沉淀反欺诈经验； 5.完成上级领导安排的其他风险管理及业务支持工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，金融、法律、经济等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上汽车金融、银行或融资租赁公司个人信贷审批经验，熟悉行业知识、审批政策、工作流程及合规要求； 3.具备个人信贷审查专业能力与敏锐的风险洞察力，能独立完成用户资质审核； 4.具有极强的逻辑分析能力，擅长真假资料识别与反欺诈，能敏锐捕捉风险信号； 5.具备良好的服务意识、优秀的沟通表达能力，工作责任心强，富有团队合作精神且能承受工作压力。
