职位描述

• 负责量产汽车控制器 MCU 基础软件开发，包括 驱动、诊断、通信、看门狗、存储、系统监控等模块。 Responsible for developing MCU basic software for mass-production automotive controllers, including drivers, diagnostics, communication, watchdog, storage, system monitoring, and related modules. - 负责底层软件方案设计、模块适配与参数配置，支持不同平台、车型和业务应用软件的部署需求。 Responsible for software solution design, module adaptation, and parameter configuration, supporting deployment requirements across different platforms, vehicle models, and application software. - 负责底层软件与应用软件、硬件及系统团队的集成联调，完成接口适配、通信调试、运行监控机制配置及相关日志/trace/打点能力建设。 Responsible for integration and joint debugging of basic software with application software, hardware, and system teams, including interface adaptation, communication debugging, runtime monitoring mechanism configuration, and the development of log, trace, and checkpoint capabilities. - 研发及量产阶段的软件问题分析与定位，排查程序流异常、Trap、任务异常、MCU/PMIC 相关故障等问题。 Analyze and locate software issues during development and mass production, troubleshoot program flow anomalies, traps, task exceptions, MCU/PMIC-related faults. - 测试验证底层软件模块和沉淀工程经验，持续提升平台软件质量和问题定位效率。 Test and validate basic software modules, accumulate engineering experience, and continuously improve platform software quality and issue localization efficiency.

职位要求

• 至少4年MCU端嵌入式系统开发经验，精通 C 语言编程，具备扎实的底层软件开发功底 At least 4 years of experience in MCU-side embedded system development，with strong proficiency in C programming and a solid foundation in basic software (BSW) development. - 熟悉Autosar架构以及核心模块原理，如OS, WdgM, EcuM等 Familiar with AUTOSAR architecture and the principles of core modules such as OS, WdgM, EcuM, etc. - 熟悉主流芯片，如TC3XX, S32G3等系列MCU架构及安全机制 Familiar with mainstream chip platforms, such as TC3xx, S32G3 series MCU architectures and safety mechanisms. - 熟悉故障机理，对故障发生原因能够快速排查定位 Strong understanding of fault mechanisms, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and locate root causes. - 具备Python/Shell脚本能力，支撑故障数据自动化处理以及知识库建设 Proficient in Python/Shell scripting to support automated fault data processing and knowledge base construction.
