必备条件 - 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网/汽车/科技行业项目管理经验； - 熟悉 App / Web 产品研发流程，具备从需求到上线的完整项目管理实操经验； - 具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力与多方协调能力，有处理复杂干系人关系的成功经验； - 具备较强的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能够在模糊信息中提炼关键路径； - 自驱力强，具备在快节奏、多项目并行环境下的抗压能力。 优先条件 - 有新能源汽车、用户运营或社区产品相关经验者优先； - 熟悉 Jira、Teambition、飞书项目等主流项目管理工具者优先； - 持有PMP、敏捷项目管理等官方专业认证资质者优先。
