职位描述
具体职责要求： 1. 按项目开发计划，组织并参与电子子系统零部件的产品开发节点质量评审（如概念、设计、样件、验证等阶段）；识别电子零部件在开发过程中的质量与可靠性风险，推动风险预防与闭环管理。 2. 针对前期项目工程问题及Lessons learn导入产品开发过程评审，识别现有项目开发中相关的质量问题，并对相关问题推进解决； 3. 参与整车开发过程中电子相关零部件的虚拟数模评审及样件/实物评审；对评审中发现的设计、可靠性、装配或接口等质量问题进行跟踪、推进和验证关闭；根据需要组织跨部门项目质量例会，协调公司资源解决关键质量问题，并对重大质量风险及时升级管理层决策。 4. 负责电子相关子系统及关键零部件开发阶段 DFMEA、产品特殊特性（SC/CC）、DVP&R、ESO 等关键质量交付物 的评审、确认与释放；确保质量交付物满足整车及系统级质量和可靠性要求。 5. 负责电子相关子系统及其关键零部件开发DFMEA、产品特殊特性、DVP&R、ESO等关键交付物的评审和释放； 6. 支持电子零部件供应商质量管理及工业化导入工作；参与电子零部件/子系统 PFMEA 评审，推动关键质量特性与过程控制措施的制定和落实，保障量产质量稳定。 7. 负责电子零部件相关产品变更的质量评估、审批支持及工程认可；参与偏差/让步（Deviation/Concession）评估与认可管理，确保风险受控并符合质量要求。 8. 有海外项目开发经验的优先；
