职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 体系运营与方法论搭建：负责FMQ工作组的体系常态化运营，迭代前期质量方法论，运营质量数字化看板，支撑精细化质量管控与管理层决策。 2. 跨部门专项攻坚：统筹全业务板块前期质量治理，组织月度理事会、深度复盘、专项评审，攻坚重点质量风险，管控问题复发复现。 3. 复盘体系长效建设：运营工作组机制，推动十大业务部门质量工作最后一公里落地，持续降低同类质量风险复现。 4. 质量课程的策划和运营：以提升质量专业能力和提升质量文化意识； 5. 协助组织活动落地，助力品牌建设与质量文化内外部传播，开拓、建立、维护各种文化传播渠道，借助多元化沟通以及传播手段，提升 NIO Quality 品牌的内外部影响力
职位要求
岗位要求： 1. 统招本科及以上学历，对质量管理的工具了解，有项目管理相关的经验。 2. 具备前期质量体系搭建、流程迭代与数字化运营能力，熟悉整车研发质量链路。 3. 善于沟通，有用户思维，具备强跨部门协同、资源整合与非职权影响力，可推动高阻力复杂项目落地。 4. 有优秀的业务推动能力，具备较强的落地执行能力，能带领推动团队达成目标 5. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先，有相关运营经验者优先。
