职位描述 1）负责收集客户需求预测，进行分析，编制要货计划，组织评审和计划发布 2）确认合作伙伴交付计划，对合作伙伴成品，子零件瓶颈进行分析，识别风险，跨部门协调资源解决； 3）跟踪合作伙伴产出，发货计划完成情况，识别风险和异常，协调保供； 4）与客户沟通需求趋势，反馈交付情况，瓶颈协调，成品及其子零件的库存标准制定和日常监控，保障库存控制在合理范围 6）客供子零件的需求预测发布，库存监控，交付保供协调； 7）综合分析Tier 1，Tier2 ，Tier3客供件需求，制定合理的库存策略和RASIC，并制定拉通机制，保障总成交付有序进行， 8）分析合作伙伴交付能力，根据客户需求制作长期和短期的生产能力分析报告 9）工程变更支持
职位要求
职位要求 1）本科及以上学历，丰富的物料计划和供应商物流管理经验 2）逻辑思维清晰、抗压能力强 3）具有项目管理能力、较高的风险意识 4）熟悉SAP或其他ERP系统 5）熟悉JIS物料拉动管理模式 6）良好的推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力
