职位描述
-年度经营计划：协助团队完成公司年度经营计划编制的组织与审阅工作，制定集团目标，协同其他财务团队完成年度经营计划的编制，以及月度财务滚动预测的跟踪和执行。包括协同团队完成公司各业务线及其审阅机制的梳理，并参与目标的制定，跟踪和分析工作等。 -公司战略规划： 协助组织公司三年战略规划，制定战略讨论机制，季度跟踪公司战略规划的变化，并协助完成向执委会汇报所需的战略规划汇报材料。 -财务报告：协助完成董事会与执委会等高层管理会议财务部分的材料准备。同时，牵头准备季度财务报告中业绩展望部分，并协助资本市场团队以及其他财务团队准备外部机构所需的财务相关材料。
职位要求
-会计/财务管理/金融专业学士学位或以上； -8年以上的甲乙方经验，拥有汽车行业或先进制造业分析经验为佳； -对财务分析和合并报表有很好的了解，拥有CPA / CFA 证书优先考虑； -优秀的口头沟通能力，较强的责任心和逻辑思维能力； -有上进心和快速学习能力，以及较强的抗压与多任务执行能力； -熟练使用Microsoft Office Suite，包括Word，Excel，PowerPoint； -流利的英语书写能力。
