职位描述
基于用户视角，端到端负责蔚来能源全场景、全链路用户体验旅程的设计、定义与落地闭环： 体验洞察：通过现场调研、用户旅程梳理、VOC 与数据挖掘，主动识别各加电场景的体验痛点，产出结构化洞察并转化为体验优化需求。 体验定义：负责定义各场景的体验标准与体验目标，输出可量化、可验证的体验基线。 体验设计：主导体验方案设计，明确体验实现路径与关键交互要求，输出可供产品、服务、区域执行的体验标准。 价值论证：论证体验方案的必要性与合理性，量化其对用户价值与经营价值的影响，形成体验投入的决策依据。 跨职能协同：与产品、业务、运营密切配合，推动体验方案落地，确保功能与算法策略达成既定体验目标。 落地验证：建立体验方案的效果验证机制，通过数据回收与对照验证，评估体验目标达成情况并输出复盘结论。 迭代沉淀：基于验证结果持续迭代体验标准与方案，沉淀可复用的体验设计方法与基线，推动体验运营能力体系化。
职位要求
8 年以上产品设计、产品运营、用户体验设计或相关领域工作经验。 具备至少一个领域（设计 / 产品 / 运营）的完整专业能力，有可验证的用户需求洞察与共情实践案例。 具备将用户体验转化为可量化标准、并论证其用户价值与经营价值的能力。 具备出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够推动产品、算法、区域等多方协同并达成目标。 对人与物理设施、空间及能源场景的交互有实践积累，具备软硬件结合产品的体验设计经验者优先； 具备换电 / 充电、O2O、能源、新能源汽车等行业经验者优先；
