职位描述
1.负责协助直播运营制定直播计划内容，参与直播选品和拍品 2.直播期间：调动用户情绪，把控讲款节奏，解答用户疑问，确保直播间热度达成销售业绩 3.总结直播中问题进行反馈，优化直播间内容 4.对直播间销售任务负责，协助自播团队达成销售目标 5.熟悉直播结构结构和规则，沟通能力强，抗压能力号，普通话标准，具备良好的逻辑思维和行动力 6.节奏把握能力强，有一定的控场能力，有自然流直播
职位要求
1.大专及以上(全日制） 2.1年以上的抖音直播工作经验 3.镜头表现力强，能调动气氛，有比较强感染力，沟通说服能力，有一定的抗压能力 4.有短视频拍摄经验，了解抖音平台的直播和违规话术
