职位描述
1、整合营销策略制定：负责国际事业部年度整合营销规划，输出策略蓝图与节奏表，主导品牌全球发声节奏，把控Marketing Calendar； 2、跨渠道营销统筹：整合Digital/Social/PR/KOL/线下活动等渠道资源，针对不同区域市场（北美/欧洲/东南亚/中东等）制定差异化营销方案，监控各渠道ROI并定期输出复盘报告； 3、产品GTM营销：主导国际新品Go-To-Market全流程营销，负责品牌联名、跨界合作、行业峰会等品牌战役的策划与执行，把控大型Campaign从Concept到Delivery的全链路； 4、项目管理与协同：横向协同媒介、公关、设计、产品、电商等多团队，主导项目Brief撰写、立项、推进及复盘，沉淀可复用的营销SOP与方法论； 5、数据驱动决策：监控营销效果（声量/互动/转化/品牌指标），定期输出市场洞察报告，对行业趋势与竞品动作保持敏感度。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播学、国际贸易相关专业； 2、5年+整合营销经验，2年+国际/海外营销经验，有智能硬件/消费电子/跨境电商行业经验优先； 3、具备0到1品牌战役独立操盘经验，有成功的大型Campaign案例优先； 4、跨文化沟通能力强，英语可作为工作语言（听说读写流利）； 5、有海外KOL/媒体/平台资源积累优先； 6、结果导向，具备良好的项目管理能力与团队协同能力。
