职位描述
一、岗位职责 1.专利维权诉讼案件推进 根据业务需求开展维权工作，包括诉前调查、证据收集、专利侵权分析及稳定性评估、诉讼策略制定并推动案件执行，服务市场竞争并获取收益。 2.专利风险排查及应对 针对产品/研发项目开展国内及海外专利风险排查，评估风险专利稳定性，制定风险应对策略，为研发团队提供技术方案规避建议，降低海外被诉风险。 3.专利挖掘布局与申请 针对产品/研发项目开展专利挖掘布局与专利申请，OA答复，针对出海产品制定海外专利筛选、布局策略及完成海外专利申请。 4.专利无效开展与应对 针对风险专利进行现有技术证据检索并推进无效工作，针对其他方对我司专利发起的无效挑战进行无效应对。
职位要求
1.教育背景 理工科相关专业本科及以上学历，法学、知识产权硕士优先。 2.专业技能 熟悉国内外专利法及专利诉讼流程，掌握专利侵权、创造性判断的分析方法，有亚马逊平台侵权投诉处理经验优先。 能够独立开展专利风险排查工作，具备海外专利风险处理应对经验优先。 3.工作经验 八年以上知识产权相关工作经验，三年以上企业或律所专利诉讼相关工作经验。 4.能力素质 较强的逻辑分析能力、技术理解能力和信息整合能力。 优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，能推动跨部门和外部资源协作。 具备良好的抗压能力和谈判能力，能够应对复杂及紧急事务。 英文专利文献阅读能力优先，有律师执业资格或专利代理人资格者加分。
