职位描述
岗位职责 1. 独立负责公司商业项目所需的各类静态图片拍摄，包括但不限于产品静物、人像、活动纪实及场景氛围等，确保视觉2. 产出符合品牌调性与商业需求。 3. 根据创意简报或自主策划，完成从创意构思、布光方案、现场执行到后期选片的全流程工作，对最终的影像质量和艺术效果负责。 4. 熟练操作和维护专业摄影器材、灯光及辅助设备，并对影棚或外拍场地进行有效管理。 5. 参与视觉创意讨论，为拍摄方案提供专业建议，并与美术指导、设计师及市场团队紧密协作，确保视觉概念的高质量落地。 6. 负责图片的后期处理、精修及素材归档管理，建立并维护高质量的品牌视觉素材库。
职位要求
岗位要求 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，摄影、美术、视觉传达或相关专业背景。 2. 3年及以上商业摄影或专职摄影师工作经验，拥有能体现综合技术实力与审美水准的成熟作品集。 3. 具备扎实的摄影技术功底，精通光影运用、构图与色彩理论，对影像品质有极致追求。 4. 熟练使用主流专业相机系统，精通Profoto/保荣等影室灯光设备，并精通Adobe Photoshop、Lightroom等专业后期软件。 5. 具备优秀的艺术审美、创意执行能力和沟通协作精神，能准确理解业务需求并转化为视觉语言。 6. 具备良好的时间管理与抗压能力，能适应项目制的快节奏工作。
