职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 负责所属产品事业部（如疼痛类、睡眠类、穿戴类等）的用户体验优化，涵盖硬件产品交互、软件界面及服务流程设计。 2. 通过用户访谈、可用性测试、问卷调查等方式，挖掘用户痛点，输出用户体验评估报告与优化建议。 3. 协助产品经理完成用户画像、用户旅程地图、交互原型等设计文档，推动用户体验策略落地。 4. 协同硬件、软件、工业设计团队，确保产品体验的一致性，提升用户满意度与留存率。 5. 跟踪行业趋势及竞品动态，结合用户反馈，持续迭代产品体验方案。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 学历与经验： ① 本科及以上学历，工业设计、人机交互、心理学、计算机等相关专业优先； ② 3年左右用户体验设计相关经验，有智能硬件、消费电子、IoT行业背景者优先。 2. 专业技能： ① 熟悉用户体验设计全流程，能独立完成用户研究、交互设计及测试验证； ② 熟练使用Figma、Sketch、Axure等设计工具，具备基础数据分析能力； ③ 了解硬件产品开发流程，对传感器、APP联动等场景有一定认知。 3. 综合素质： ① 具备较强的同理心与逻辑思维，能精准捕捉用户需求； ② 优秀的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动体验优化落地； ③ 对智能健康、个护、消费科技领域有浓厚兴趣，主动性强。 加分项： 1. 有医疗器械、健康管理类产品设计经验； 2. 熟悉物联网（IoT）产品交互设计； 3. 具备用户行为数据分析经验，熟练使用SQL、Excel等工具。
