职位描述
1、牵头疼痛康复、运动健康、健康智能手表、医疗器械领域等赛道的研究和标的筛选、尽调及估值工作，制定收购策略与交易方案； 2、主导并购谈判、协议起草及交割流程，协调法务、财务等跨部门资源； 3、负责收购后标的企业与集团的战略协同、文化融合及业务整合，保障整合效益达成； 4、持续跟踪行业并购动态，搭建标的资源库，挖掘潜在收购机会。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，金融、法律、工商管理等相关专业，持有CPA、CFA、律师执业证者优先； 2、3-5年并购相关经验，有疼痛康复、运动健康或健康智能手表、医疗器械行业并购案例者优先； 3、具备扎实的赛道研究能力、尽调、估值及交易结构设计能力，能独立推进并购全流程； 4、拥有较强的谈判能力、资源整合能力及风险把控意识，适应高频出差； 5、有收购兼并基金或私募股权基金建立运营经验的优先。
