一、岗位职责 产品战略规划：负责人体工学椅等产品全生命周期管理，制定短中长期发展规划，主导产品定义及市场定位 跨部门协作：协调研发、供应链、生产、质量等部门，确保产品按时交付并控制成本风险 市场洞察：开展竞品分析、用户需求调研，持续优化产品功能及体验设计 项目管理：把控产品开发关键节点，主导ID设计、原型验证、量产及上市全流程 团队管理：组建并培养产品团队，制定标准化流程及绩效考核体系
职位要求
二、任职资格 学历经验：本科及以上学历（电子/计算机/工业设计专业优先），5-10年消费电子/智能硬件经验，3年以上团队管理经验 专业能力： 熟悉硬件研发全流程（ID设计、PCB布局、供应链管理、EMC测试等） 具备市场分析、用户研究及数据驱动决策能力 具备将产品商业化销售能力，对经营指标和利润负责 核心素质： 敏锐的行业洞察力与创新意识，对机器人、消费电子、智能家居或人体工学椅等技术趋势敏感 出色的跨部门沟通能力及抗压能力
