职位描述
1.专业背景与学历 全日制本科及以上学历,机械工程、机电一体化、电机与电器等相关专业,!具备扎实的机械结构设计与电机原理基础,能支撑直流无刷电机的结构方案设计。 2.直流无刷电机设计经验 4年以上直流无刷电机结构设计经验,熟悉按摩器、小型家电或消费电子领域电机应用场景者优先,需具备独立完成电机从方案设计到量产落地的全流程经验。 3.结构设计与仿真能力 精通CREO、AutoCAD等2D/3D设计软件,能独立完成电机零部件(如转子、定子、壳体、轴承等)的结构设计与工程图输出;熟练掌握电磁和热仿真软件（如ANSYS Maxwell等），能够通过仿真手段优化电机性能。 4.生产工艺与可靠性把控 熟悉直流无刷电机的绕线、装配、磁路组装等生产工艺,能结合按摩器的低成本、高稳定性需求优化结构设计;具备电机可靠性验证经验(如寿命测试、灵动噪音测试、温循测试等),能解决生产及使用中的结构失效问题(如异响、卡顿、过热等)。 5.跨领域协作能力 具备电磁设计、电机控制知识,良好的沟通能力,可对接生产、品质等部门推动设计落地。
