职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 负责公司产品全生命周期的用户体验设计与优化，包括用户研究、需求分析、交互设计、体验评估等环节； 2. 主导构建完善的内部用户体验机制体系，涵盖从产品设计、生产到售后全流程的体验标准与规范，确保用户体验管理的标准化与科学化； 3. 通过用户访谈、问卷调查、可用性测试等多种方式，深入挖掘用户需求与痛点，输出专业的用户研究报告，为产品设计提供依据； 4. 计并执行专业的调研及用户研究方案，运用多种研究方法精准挖掘用户痛点与期望，为产品优化、服务改进提供深度洞察与数据支撑； 5. 推进全价值链以用户为中心的协作流程优化，梳理各环节与用户体验相关的业务流程，通过制定高效的协作机制与流程标准，提升内部协同效率，确保各个环节紧密围绕用户需求开展工作，有效提升用户体验。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，设计/心理学/人机交互等相关专业背景，8年以上用户体验设计相关工作经验； 2. 具备扎实的用户研究能力，熟悉各类用户研究方法与工具，能独立完成用户研究项目并输出有价值的报告； 3. 具备丰富的 NPS 运营项目操盘经验，成功主导过提升用户 NPS 的项目，有显著的数据提升成果并驱动决策； 4. 能够快速适应复杂的业务环境和项目需求，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够独立承担复杂业务模块的设计工作； 5. 具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与团队和不同职能部门密切合作，共同推动项目进展。
