职位描述
岗位职责 1. 产品规划与设计 ① 参与智能硬件产品（如消费电子、穿戴设备等）的全生命周期管理，从需求分析到量产落地； ② 输出产品需求文档（PRD）、原型设计及功能定义，协调硬件、软件、设计团队完成产品开发； ③ 研究用户场景和竞品，提出差异化创新点，平衡技术可行性与用户体验。 2. 项目管理与协同 ① 推动跨部门协作（硬件研发、供应链、工业设计、市场等），确保项目按计划交付； ② 跟踪产品开发进度，识别风险并推动解决，确保产品性能、成本及量产目标达成。 3. 市场与用户洞察 ① 通过用户调研、数据分析等方式挖掘需求，迭代优化产品； ② 协助制定市场策略，为销售、运营团队提供产品培训及支持。 4. 行业与技术跟进 ① 关注智能硬件行业趋势（如AIoT、传感器技术、无线通信协议等），输出技术预研报告。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机、工业设计等相关专业优先； 2. 1-3年智能硬件/消费电子行业产品经验，完整参与过至少1款硬件产品从0到1的落地； 3. 熟悉硬件开发流程（ID/MD/EE/生产等环节），了解常见元器件、供应链及生产成本结构； 4. 具备基础的技术理解力，能与工程师沟通技术方案（如嵌入式系统、通信协议、传感器等）； 5. 熟练使用Axure、Sketch、Jira等工具，输出PRD及原型设计； 6. 逻辑清晰，具备较强的跨团队沟通能力和抗压能力。
