职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责 SKG专卖店门店零售运营管理工作；按摩椅、智能家居品线； 2、根据公司的年度经营目标与计划，制定专卖店业务板块的目标（年度、季度、月度）和销售计划； 3、负责前期建店评审、基础建设、资产管理、供应商管理，运营中不断优化视觉陈列和交互体验等管理工作； 4、门店运营流程与标准迭代，实现门店高效率运作和顾客极致购物体验，包含商品管理、POS收银管理、服务体验、效能管理、陈列维护、品牌形象管理等精细化运营管理工作； 5、根据节假日、市场变化、商品生命周期等因素，制定专卖店销售激励方案与促销活动方案； 6、利用数据进行销售复盘，找出运营问题和提升机会，提升门店业绩；
职位要求
岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历； 2、良好的沟通协调能力，积极的心态，较强的学习能力与抗压能力； 3、熟练使用office办公软件、PS、ai、xmind等软件； 4、具备门店零售运营经历优先
