职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责新产品立项到首批量产交付全过程，对产品开发进度、质量、成本负责；（产品经理/项目经理职责） 2、负责组建、管理和领导项目团队，对项目组成员进行考核和激励； 3、负责立项阶段项目拉通，督促产品策划经理追赶进度，确保产品及时上市； 4、主导原型机制作、工业设计评审工作，完成总体方案设计评审工作； 5、负责管理和监控项目的进度、成本问题和风险，组织项目里程碑节点评审，把控开发进度、成本和质量要求，监控进度风险及时通报； 6、负责项目过程管理，协调、沟通、推动跨部门事务进展，解决项目过程问题； 7、督促品质代表在T0阶段确定品质标准； 8、督促长周期物料及风险备料的提前储备； 9、督促研发代表和品质代表共同拟定风险定级及备案（技术标准研发制定、品质测试标准由品质制定）； 10、组织IPD流程中关键节点向IPMT、TMT汇报并决策，并获得IPMT、TMT对产品开发各阶段的决策意见；
职位要求
任职资格： 1、全日制统招本科及以上，2年以上项目管理经验 2、2-5年电子硬件产品开发经验； 3、协同能力强，跨部门沟通协作顺畅，能拉动资源，及时暴露并解决问题 4、结果导向，抗压能力强；
