职位描述
【岗位职责】 1、负责新品导入，老品优化，产品标准化推进，工艺引入落地等工作； 2、负责工艺文件编制、实施及监控，对成品反馈问题要及时跟进整改； 3、负责现场重难点问题分析处理，敏捷反应，快速给出结论，保证生产交付； 4、协助完成各项生产任务，协助工艺技改、研发、试验等工作。
职位要求
【岗位要求】 1.本科及以上学历，机械设计及其自动化/自动化/工业工程等相关专业专业知识扎实，学习优秀，22、23、24届毕业生优先； 2.有较强的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门沟通和推进工作开展； 3.性格开朗，适应能力强，逻辑思维能力强； 4.有超强执行力，有奋斗精神，乐于挑战自己； 5.良好的时间管理和组织能力，能够同时处理多个任务和项目； 6.对生产技术有较好的意向及兴趣。
