职位描述
1、负责关键技术可行性分析、总体方案制定、成本评估； 2、完成硬件部分设计工作，如：器件选型、原理图设计、PCB Layout、单板调试、整机功能调试、硬件自测； 3、负责编写PCB检测标准及项目相关流程等文件； 4、跟进样机送检、试产、量产及问题点关闭； 5、整机EMC整改，协助认证专员跟进认证事宜； 6、协助组内其他工程师解决难点异常； 7、负责收集前沿技术的实现方案，新技术预研； 8、完成上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求
1、电子类相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上硬件开发设计经验； 2、精通Altium Designer画图软件；熟练掌握硬件调试测试中所使用的工具，如：示波器、万用表、网络分析仪、频谱分析仪等； 3、有独立主导完整硬件项目开发经历，有很好的逻辑分析思维和判断能力； 4、熟悉常见的硬件知识，对嵌入式硬件系统有较深的理解和掌握，包括电源、时钟、存储等，常见低速接口协议及特性（IIC、SPI、UART、CAN、RS-485）、时序管理等电路知识； 5、了解模拟电路（信号采样、运放、PWM驱动等）基本原理并熟练运用；熟悉常用的开关电源技术原理，对控制原理、工作模式，异常保护有系统性掌握； 6、较强的团队沟通能力、责任心、上进心、良好的学习能力，能够在较大压力下很好完成工作，具有开放性思维；
