岗位职责： 1、负责在指定平台进行产品销售，精准提炼产品卖点独立完成直播内容 2、配合公司各平台，定期策划、组织各种活动，增加粉丝的数量及粘性 3、吸引粉丝，与粉丝互动，活跃直播间氛围。提供搭配建议、粉丝答疑、促销讲解、促成粉丝购买 4、完成短视频的拍摄，发布 5、完成账号运营工作及复盘 6、配合公司完成短视频的拍摄，发布 7、完成账号运营工作及复盘
职位要求
任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历（全日制） 2、颜值高，上镜效果好，有时尚品味 3、有较强的表达能力，应变能力好 4、喜欢买买买，对直播带货行业感兴趣 5、有微商运营或电商主播，如抖音、快手、淘宝等各类平台经验者优先
