职位描述
1、机器人行业政策研究及商业模式研究，跟踪行业趋势及竞品策略，输出行业研究报告； 2、组织制定公司中长期的业务发展战略规划，为公司不同阶段发展寻找业务增长曲线，并向董事会说明战略发展规划，指导检查规划落地执行； 3、结合公司内外部资源，协助管理层梳理市场格局和前沿趋势，为管理层提供决策依据和可供选择的解决方案； 4、基于公司的战略规划和目标，分析和拆解各业务模块子目标，制定可落地的实施方案，帮助业务达成目标； 5、深入业务，通过深度分析业务数据，分析业务阶段性结果，做好复盘与决策跟进，提供业务策略，并制定相应优化方案。
职位要求
1、国内外知名高校毕业，本科及以上学历，5年以上战略咨询或战略规划相关工作经历，两年以上机器人行业经验； 2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力、广阔的战略视角，有较强的逻辑思维能力及数据分析能力； 3、具备优秀的沟通能力和文字表达能力，踏实认真，自驱力强，善于学习与独立思考； 4、有产品开发相关经验者优先。
