职位描述
1、负责人形机器人产品相关研发类系统的方案架构设计、拆解和实现； 2、负责整机系统性能优化，主导关键技术方案设计、技术难点公关； 3、规划人形机器人系统整体方案及组件的标准化，参与新产品需求及技术预研方案的讨论、系统分析和技术评审工作； 4、负责与设计相关的技术储备，积极推动技术创新工作开展，参与新技术/标准和新工具/方法的研究和跟踪。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，拥有8年以上C++软件研发工作经验，其中至少包含5年以上机器人/自驾行业工作经验； 2、精通嵌入式软件、平台软件、运动控制及机器人算法等至少一种专业理论知识，对软件方面有深入开发，对算法有了解优先； 3、拥有协作机器人或其他智能机器相关产品从0到1的经验，拥有丰富的产品量产经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力，能跨团队沟通协作，完成系统方案的设计整定。
