职位描述： 作为软件组的负责人，负责带领团队完成整个机器人软件系统的开发（包括但不限于镜像层、中间件层、应用软件层、整机性能优化、工具链提效），负责与平台部门共同完成App端和云端的开发交付工作，指导并约束算法团队在软件系统架构的要求进行研发和交付。 岗位职责： 1、主导建设端侧机器人软件模块，包括通信中间件、系统管理、OTA、端侧网络管理、研发工具链、Devops、传感器抽象集成、ethercat抽象集成、SOC内核镜像BSP调试等工作； 2、主导机器人软件系统集成，与算法、硬件团队合作，集成算法、硬件驱动等模块； 3、指导建设软件研效体系，提升软件研发质量与效率； 4、具备出色的团队管理能力，具备良好的跨团队合作能力；
职位要求
1、计算机、电子、通信等相关领域本科及以上学位，8年以上相关工作经验，尤其是机器人和自驾座舱经验； 2、有成功的复杂软硬件一体产品的成功量产经验； 3、精通C++代码开发，精通机器人/自驾端侧软件的多项功能的开发经验； 4、良好的职业修养，善于思考，良好的沟通能力和团队引领能力。
