职位描述 1、负责确保本体组的交付节点与交付质量。组建和管理机械技术团队，合理分配工作任务，监督项目进度和质量，主导整机风险识别，确保项目按时交付； 2、负责新产品的机械架构设计、结构设计和已开发产品的设计优化改进； 3、主导精密多关节串联和并联机器人的机械结构设计、建模与运动学仿真与设计优化； 4、负责或组织进行尺寸链分析、强度和负载校核、寿命分析等； 5、与项目团队、供应商及其他相关部门紧密协作，解决项目实施过程中遇到的技术难题和协调问题； 6、负责或主持编写和审核技术文档，包括设计图纸、技术规范、操作手册、设计标准等，确保文档的准确性和完整性；
职位要求
1、有6年以上机器人或3C产品的开发经验，具备项目管理和团队管理经验； 2、具备站在整体交付目标、产品需求、多模块耦合的角度思考问题的能力； 3、具备成熟产品的量产开发经验，熟悉金属件和塑料件等的量产制造工艺，熟悉整机/单体性能与可靠性测试方法与流程，能够平衡零件的性能、工艺及成本； 4、熟悉自动化机械外购件（丝杆、同步带、齿轮、直线导轨）等选型计算； 5、掌握常规机械传动方式，如带传动、链传动、齿轮传动、滚珠丝杆、连杆传动等； 6、对机器人技术和行业趋势有独到的理解和热情，具有良好的团队合作意识。
