职位描述 1，制定具身本体核心技术路径与关键技术方向，深度跟踪竞品，明确产品需求并制定路线图和发展策略； 2，主导具身本体产品的方案架构设计，协调机械、电子、软件、力控等多专业团队，确保设计到量产全过程符合技术标准； 3，带领团队完成方案架构、关键部件设计、本体优化、测试及生产验证全流程； 4，参与可量产性评估与优化，协同解决批量生产中的软硬件问题。
职位要求
1，机器人学、机械工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，5年以上系统设计相关工作经验； 2，精通具身本体开发与量产，有机械臂或相关领域成功量产交付经验； 3，具备独立设计与架构复杂系统的能力，熟悉机械传动、电气及运动控制； 4，强烈的自驱力和Owner意识，能主动推动项目落地。 5，快速学习能力，解决问题能力，喜欢接受挑战，适应快节奏文化； 6，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。
