职位描述
1.技术领导与创新：负责关节的技术规划与创新，推动新一代产品的设计与开发，确保产品在功能性能、可靠性等方面达到行业领先水平。 2.量产管理与交付：负责关节产品的量产规划与实施，确保从产品研发到量产的无缝过渡，保证产品按时、按质、按成本交付。 3.产品开发管理：领导产品的整体开发，包括质量、成本、进度和特性四个方面的把控，确保项目按预定计划推进并高质量交付。 4.团队管理与发展：领导并培养跨职能的技术团队，包括研发、工程、生产、质量等，提升团队的执行力和创新能力。 5.项目管理与风险控制：管理灵巧手产品的整体项目进度和资源配置，确保项目按时交付并解决可能的技术或生产风险。
职位要求
1.机器人学、机械工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2.至少8年以上机器人或自动化领域的工作经验，至少3年团队管理经验。 3.在关节或相关领域具有成功的量产交付经验者优先，能够全面掌控产品的质量、成本、进度和特性，推动产品的商业化成功。 4.精通关节产品开发、量产和供应链管理，能够在保证质量的前提下高效地推动量产交付。 5.具有卓越的项目管理能力，能够协调跨职能团队，确保按时交付并处理项目中的任何技术或运营难题。
