职位描述
1.协助完成品牌视觉体系的搭建与延展，包括但不限于品牌VI、Logo、字体、色彩规范等基础视觉资产的整理与优化； 2.参与品牌线上线下物料的创意与设计，涵盖海报、Banner、H5页面、社交媒体配图、宣传册、包装等； 3.配合市场及运营团队，完成日常营销活动、节日热点、新品发布等视觉设计需求； 4.协助完成品牌周边、展会物料、办公空间视觉等延展设计； 5.参与设计方案的讨论与头脑风暴，能主动提出创意想法并快速落地执行； 6.整理和维护品牌设计素材库、模板库，保证设计资产的规范性与可复用性； 7.完成上级交办的其他设计相关支持工作；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计、艺术设计、广告学等相关专业优先，在校生或应届毕业生均可； 2.熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign 等设计软件，会 Figma、AE、C4D 者加分； 3.具备良好的审美能力、色彩感知力和版式设计功底，对品牌设计有基本认知； 4.有较强的学习能力和执行力，能快速理解需求并高效产出； 5.工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识； ——投递时请附上个人作品集（PDF或在线链接）
