职位描述
协助团队完成产品功能卖点类视频的全流程后期制作，以剪辑工作为核心，配合完成基础调色与简单合成任务，保障内容高效产出： 1、负责产品卖点功能视频的剪辑工作，把控视频节奏与叙事逻辑，确保清晰直观地传递产品价值； 2、配合完成视频基础调色，统一画面色调、优化产品呈现效果，保障同系列卖点功能视频的画面质感统一； 3、承担基础后期合成制作，包括卖点字幕条、功能图标叠加、产品抠图、基础转场特效等简易包装工作； 4、配合团队整理视频素材、工程文件，协助完成素材归档与版本管理； 5、对接内部需求方，根据反馈快速调整优化视频内容，配合交付成片。
职位要求
1、影视后期、数字媒体艺术、编导等相关专业在读，有短视频 / 产品视频相关剪辑实习经验优先； 2、熟练使用 Premiere、剪映等主流剪辑软件，能独立完成产品类视频的剪辑输出，具备良好的节奏把控能力； 3、掌握基础后期调色能力，可独立完成画面色彩统一、基础光影优化； 4、具备基础后期合成能力，可使用 After Effects 完成简单字幕、图标、抠图、转场等基础特效制作； 5、对产品卖点传递有基本认知，逻辑清晰，有符合商业视频审美的画面质感把控力； 6、责任心强，沟通顺畅，学习能力强，能适应快节奏的内容产出需求。
