职位描述
高薪行业小白入门含培训，需上镜谈吐自然！ 简历投递时，请提供一段口播视频，不限题材，商品讲解内容有限 岗位职责: 1.需上镜直播，参与日常直播排班，完成直播间内产品讲解、互动答疑等基础直播动作； 2.学习掌握产品知识、直播话术、平台规则及AI工具的使用； 3.关注直播后台基础数据(停留时长、互动率等),根据数据反馈调整直播状态; 4.参与每周直播复盘,持续优化话术、节奏与临场表现; 5.配合运营完成直播的筹备、执行与复盘。
职位要求
1、在读大学生，本科及以上学历，播音主持专业优先，周出勤5天，实习期≥6个月; 2、五官端正、男女不限，长相清秀优先； 3、具备镜头前表达能力，敢于开口、不怯场； 4、对直播行业有真实兴趣，了解小红书、天猫、抖音主流直播平台 5、有校园主持、宣讲或社团活动经验优先； 6、有直播实践或自建账号内容运营经验优先。 排班制度：14-23点（前2周培训班次），12-24点中多班次排班（8小时工作制）
