职位描述
1.直播前准备：负责直播间设备检查与后台设置；配置每场直播预告（封面、标题、购物车内容）及预告推送；整合直播间活动变动内容至统一文档，与主播完成播前内容同步与沟通。 2.直播中控：监控数据变化及异常并进行后台操作（商品上下架、商品弹窗）；登记中奖信息并在 OMS 创建奖品订单；维护评论区氛围、配合主播喊话，必要时以水军账号引导互动、提升停留。 3.突发处理：画面卡顿、设备异常时按流程排查（网络、推流、采集卡线路）并联动技术与运营；主播临时离场或身体不适时，顶上 KT 板讲解与场控配音，维持直播间热度。 4.直播后收尾：整理直播间设备、样品、道具；完成小时数据与日报的填写汇总，收集直播中的问题与用户反馈，与主播复盘并输出优化方向。 5.支持直播间视觉配置（按活动素材调整贴片）与多直播间巡查。
职位要求
1.在读大学生，本科及以上学历，专业不限，电子商务、广告传媒等相关专业优先，周出勤5天，实习期≥6个月; 2.熟悉抖音生态，对直播电商有强烈兴趣；有直播助理、场控、电商客服或直播相关实习经验者优先。 3.熟练使用 Excel，具备基础数据分析能力，对数据异动敏感（在线人数、转化率、小时数据）。 4.细心：数据登记准确无遗漏，多任务并行不丢项。 5.反应敏捷、沟通表达清晰，能同时与运营、主播、技术多方对接；责任心强、具备团队协作意识及抗压能力
