职位描述
1.建立并维护公司与资本市场的沟通渠道，协助将公司的可公开信息有效传达到资本市场，提升公司在资本市场的认可度和关注度； 2.跟踪、收集、整理国内外同行业业务动态和财务业绩，密切注意与公司有关的政策变化和行业趋势,并定期做出比较和分析报告,提出相关改善建议； 3.对投资者进行投资者关系维护、信息披露和渠道拓展； 4.配合法务、财报、董事/股东会议等工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上投资者关系相关经验； 2.英语粤语流利，可作为工作语言； 3.熟悉境外资本市场； 4.具有较强的沟通表达能力，工作认真负责，反应敏捷，具有较强的开拓精神和团队合作精神。
