职位描述
（一）安全生产体系 1. 依据国家安全生产法律法规及监管要求，建设、运维并持续完善公司安全生产体系和制度文件，建立健全安全生产管理机制、评价和监督检查机制； 2. 组织公司（含分子公司）的安全生产风险识别并动态管理，完善安全防范机制，建立健全安全生产作业操作规程及相关指导文件； 3. 负责日常的安全生产管理工作，依法依规完成各项安全生产检查、应急演练、安全教育培训、应急处置及信息报告等工作； （二）项目安全管理 1. 参与并指导公司重点型号任务在研制、生产、试验及飞行试验过程中高效开展安全生产工作，保护产品及人员安全； 2. 参与并指导公司重点建设项目、各生产经营场所的安全生产工作，提供技术支持和指导，监督检查隐患整改工作； （三）安全监督及其他 1. 夯实安全生产目标责任制，监督和完善公司（含分子公司）安全生产管理制度及管理要求的落实情况； 2. 负责组织安全生产宣传、教育、培训，对业务部门安全生产工作开展考核； 3. 完成上级交办的其他工作；
