职位描述
1、协助采集、整理多维度经营数据，维护公司级经营绩效仪表盘；参与编制月度、季度经营分析报告，协助对经营偏差做初步归因分析并提出预警；使用BI工具（Power BI、Tableau等）完成数据可视化呈现。 2、协助组织公司级重要会议，负责会务执行、议程协调支持、材料收集与分发；负责会议纪要初稿撰写，协助提炼核心决议与行动项、跟踪落实；根据需要在会前协助准备基础数据包与背景材料。 3、参与跨部门重大经营项目协调，跟踪项目里程碑进展；针对运营痛点参与根因分析，协助制定改进方案。 4、参与核心管理流程梳理与标准化建设；起草内部通知、纪要等基础文书。 5、上级安排的其它相关工作。
职位要求
1、统招全日制硕士或博士，管理、统计、工程、工商管理、公共管理、数据科学等相关专业优先。 2、精通Excel（透视表、函数、图表），熟练使用Python、SQL或BI工具者优先。 3、具备结构化分析能力，能将复杂问题拆解为可执行步骤；书面与口头表达清晰准确，能推动跨部门协作落地；能快速理解业务逻辑，对公司经营有浓厚兴趣。 4、有经营管理、战略咨询、行业研究、PMO、财务分析、运营分析等相关实习经历者优先。 5、抗压能力方面，适应高强度、快节奏工作，能在多任务并行下保持交付质量。 6、结果导向，对数据敏感，追求细节精准；具备owner意识，主动发现问题并推动解决。
