职位描述
1、根据航天发动机的性能要求，对发动机的控制系统进行总体方案制定与系统调整； 2、进行控制系统的详细设计，包括硬件选型、软件编程和算法开发，确保系统满足发动机的控制需求； 3、与团队协同工作，实现控制系统与其他系统的集成和匹配； 4、制定控制系统的测试计划和方案，包括硬件测试、软件测试等； 5、参与发动机地面试验，对控制系统的性能进行测试和评估，收集试验数据并进行分析； 6、根据测试结果，对控制系统进行优化和改进，解决测试过程中出现的问题，确保系统的稳定性和可靠性；
职位要求
1.了解图形化编程软件和文本型通用编程语言，了解程序开发架构，有NI板卡开发经验更佳； 2.具备相关总线基础，了解串口，tcpip，udp，can总线基本原理，有基础开发经验； 3.熟悉电气基础并知晓原理图，可调试模拟量、控制IO、了解阀门执行机构的控制方式，了解控制算法，如滞回，pid等； 4.具备控制系统电气集成经验的优先； 5.有工业/航天地面试验项目经验优先，可以适应短期出差和现场试验。
