职位描述
岗位职责 1. 参与飞行器综合测试需求分析，制定测试计划与核心测试用例； 2. 搭建综合测试环境（如测试台、数据采集系统），配置测试设备（信号发生器、功率计）； 3. 执行飞行器功能测试、性能测试、电磁兼容测试等，记录测试数据并定位基础故障； 4. 编写综合测试报告，协助优化测试流程与测试工具。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2. 掌握测试用例设计基础方法，了解卫星各分系统（平台、载荷）基本功能； 3. 会操作示波器、频谱仪、万用表等常用测试仪器，有自动化测试脚本编写（Python）经验优先； 4. 工作细致负责，能适应阶段性测试加班，具备问题排查意识。
