职位描述
岗位职责 1. 参与飞行器热控系统的需求分析，协助制定热控方案（如被动热控、主动热控），确保飞行器各部件在轨温度维持在正常工作范围； 2. 负责热控元件（如热管、加热器、热敏电阻、多层隔热组件）的选型与布局设计，编写热控设计文档； 3. 协助开展飞行器热仿真分析（如轨道热环境、部件散热分析），使用相关工具验证热控方案有效性，优化热控设计； 4. 参与热控单机测试、分系统热平衡试验，记录温度数据，分析试验结果，解决热控性能不达标问题； 5. 跟踪航天热控技术发展，参与新型热控材料、器件的调研与试用。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 热能与动力工程、工程热物理、飞行器环境与生命保障工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2. 掌握传热学、热力学基础理论，了解卫星在轨热环境特点及热控设计原则； 3. 能使用 Excel 进行简单热计算，了解熟悉热仿真工具者优先； 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能从试验数据中定位热控问题；工作细致，有责任心，具备团队协作精神。
