职位描述
岗位职责 1. 参与飞行器结构系统（如星体框架、天线支架、载荷安装结构）的需求分析与方案设计，确保结构满足重量、强度、刚度及空间安装要求； 2. 负责结构零部件的详细设计，使用相关工具绘制结构图纸，编写结构设计说明书、BOM 清单； 3. 协助开展结构力学分析（如静力学、动力学、振动分析），配合仿真工程师验证结构性能，优化结构设计以减重降耗； 4. 参与结构单机、分系统的装配与测试，解决装配过程中的尺寸适配、安装精度问题，记录测试数据并输出报告； 5. 跟踪航天结构材料（如铝合金、碳纤维复合材料）的应用动态，参与新型结构技术的预研。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 飞行器设计与工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2. 掌握机械设计基础理论（如材料力学、结构力学），了解航天产品结构设计规范（如 GJB 标准）； 3. 熟练使用绘图软件，能独立完成简单结构图纸设计；了解仿真工具者优先； 4. 具备严谨的工程思维，动手能力强，能配合完成结构装配与测试；对卫星结构研发有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强。
