职位描述
1.负责结构动力学分析与试验研究； 2.负责协调产品模态、分离、冲击试验方案设计，试验实施，试验系统搭建、数据分析、总结汇报。 3.负责试验装置、工装夹具等的设计工作，负责试验工时、辅料的统计和策划； 4.负责试验过程中质量事故分析、调查工作，负责解决试验过程中遇到的技术问题，并组织纠正和预防措施的实施； 5.负责试验实施：参与试验的具体执行实施，获取试验数据结果、并对试验结果进行分析和总结。
职位要求
1、学历：985/211本硕及以上学历； 2、专业：航空航天、结构力学、力学、结构动力学、机械工程、控制和电气类、动力工程及工程热物理等相关专业背景； 3、良好扎实的专业学科知识功底，机械设计、结构力学、材料力学等； 4、具备一定的数模设计和有限元仿真分析能力，至少能够熟练使用一种常用商业有限元仿真工具； 5、有结构动力学试验项目或实习经验优先考虑。
