职位描述
1、根据航天发动机的性能要求，对发动机的控制系统进行总体方案制定与系统调整； 2、进行控制系统的详细设计，包括硬件选型、软件编程和算法开发，确保系统满足发动机的控制需求； 3、与团队协同工作，实现控制系统与其他系统的集成和匹配； 4、制定控制系统的测试计划和方案，包括硬件测试、软件测试等； 5、参与发动机地面试验，对控制系统的性能进行测试和评估，收集试验数据并进行分析； 6、根据测试结果，对控制系统进行优化和改进，解决测试过程中出现的问题，确保系统的稳定性和可靠性；
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，控制科学与工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业； 2、熟悉控制系统原理、自动控制相关专业知识，熟悉步进、伺服电机控制优先考虑； 3、具备扎实的自动化控制基础，能够进行控制系统硬件选型，电路设计，原理图绘制，出具设备清单； 4、热爱航天，无项目经验可培养。
