职位描述
【岗位职责】 1. 负责游戏玩法的设计与迭代，设计玩家喜爱的创新玩法，挖掘玩家爽点，打造具有差异化竞争力的核心体验 2. 负责玩法策划案的撰写，并能推动程序、美术、测试等部门高效落地执行，保障玩法的体验优良 3. 跟进玩法上线后的效果及进行数据分析，关注并收集玩家反馈，根据玩家反馈进行调优方案设计 4. 能够承担实习生或应届生等初级策划的导师工作
职位要求
【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年以上游戏研发经验，需具备玩法设计或者关卡策划经验，有主策经验者优先 2. 热爱游戏，游戏经历广泛，热爱ACGN文化加分；对休闲竞技类游戏有深入研究者加分 3. 需要有一定的创新能力和逻辑能力，有强烈的好奇心，能为游戏带来更多可能 4. 责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力和团队协作精神，能有效推动项目进度
