职位描述： 1、多模态数据处理，分析，挖掘； 2、长尾问题处理，分析； 3、无人驾驶场景中激光雷达感知或者多传感器融合感知算法开发与优化，包括但不限于目标检测、点云分割、点云补全，目标跟踪等； 4、在机器学习、深度学习和强化学习领域前沿展开创新性的研究，探索无人车感知解决方案的新方向；
职位要求
职位要求： 1、具备扎实的编程实现能力，熟练使用C++，Python等编程语言； 2、熟练掌握计算机视觉和机器学习相关的理论知识和实践技能，有激光点云相关算法研究经验者优先，有多传感器融合相关算法研究经验者优先； 3、有AI相关经验者优先，有使用Caffe ，TensorFlow，Pytorch等平台经验者优先;有模型量化，剪枝等压缩技术经验者优先； 4、有GPU算法优化经验者优先； 5、熟悉点云感知前沿算法，在AI/ML/DL/Graphics领域顶级会议或期刊发表过相关论文者优先，或有大型benchmark竞赛，名次靠前； 6、善于思考，热爱学习，保持激情，以后想从事自动驾驶点云算法相关的工作。
