职位描述
1.参与工业零件视觉数据集的构建工作，包括 目标检测、语义分割、实例分割 等任务的高质量数据标注。 2.使用专业标注工具（如 Labelme、CVAT、Roboflow 等）完成 检测框、分割掩码、关键点 等不同任务的标注工作。 3.协助建立并维护 数据标注规范与检查标准，保证数据集的标注一致性和准确性。 4.编写简单的 Python 脚本（如基于 OpenCV、PIL、json/csv 处理），用于数据格式转换、标注检查、批量处理。 5.参与数据 清洗与增强（去重、模糊样本剔除、图像增强），提升数据集的多样性与鲁棒性。 6.与算法工程师协作，对模型训练结果进行 数据回溯分析，针对模型误检/漏检场景进行补充标注。
职位要求
1.本科或硕士在读，计算机、自动化、人工智能、机械电子等相关专业优先。 2.熟悉计算机视觉任务基础，理解目标检测、分割等任务对数据的要求。 3.有一定Python 基础，能独立编写小脚本完成数据格式转换、数据可视化、标注检查等工作。 4.能熟练使用至少一种标注工具（Labelme、CVAT、LabelImg、VGG Image Annotator 等）。 5.工作细心，能够长期保持高质量标注。 加分项 1.熟悉 COCO、YOLO、Pascal VOC、Cityscapes 等主流数据集格式 2.了解 数据增强方法（随机裁剪、颜色抖动、旋转、Mosaic 等） 3.有工业视觉、辅助驾驶、机器人、机械臂抓取等场景数据标注/处理经验 4.对深度学习训练 pipeline 有一定了解（PyTorch/YOLO/MMDetection）
