职位描述
-负责充换电产品改进验证、运维业务工作策划，负责整体业务落地，城市服务体系搭建。-负责区域充、换电设施的设备可利用率、FTT和成本管理； -负责充换电设备样机/量产设备的安装调试和故障处理，并导入产品改进闭环； -负责保障充换电设备的可持续运行目标，包括预防性维护、巡检、维护及应急处理； -负责对公司充换电设备运行提出改进、优化的技术方案，并负责实施； -负责区域维护工程师/专员/RSC/RSP的培训和赋能。
职位要求
-本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化、电力电子等相关专业，3年以上非标行业电气工作经验； -具备电力电子及传动机械设备的安装、调试、故障处理和维修维护相关技能； -具备丰富的现场调试经验，受过高压、低压电工培训，掌握电工原理、化学电源知识-具备优秀的现场管理和高效执行力，独立完成过至少5个设备的安装调试工作； -专注于职业领域，不断学习提升自我、较强的自我管理及激励能力。
