职位描述
-负责顶饰件系统，内饰声学包系统，行李厢饰件系统以及各种装饰件子系统的开发、集成及发布，按项目时间节点完成各项交付物，并满足性能、重量、制造等要求； -负责供应商管理、协作，指导供应商进行开发，跟踪DV/PV试验，完成样件及相关文件的验收，保证开发进度和质量； -发布支持支持整车试制、试验和生产，快速响应，高效解决软内饰子系统开发、试验、生产和售后过程中的问题，满足项目和客户要求； -知识总结负责软内饰系统相关设计标准、规范的制订； -关键业绩指标任务响应时间，产品开发进度及过程控制程度，开发目标达成度。
职位要求
-本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计或材料成型等相关专业毕业； -具有良好的沟通协调能力、敬业精神及团队协作精神，热爱汽车行业，工作责任心强； -熟悉热压件制造工艺流程，具备塑料件开发能力；熟悉整车空气噪声解决开发流程，可根据整车分解目标制定合适的材料及工艺方案； -熟练使用office等办公软件，熟悉UG、CATIA三维设计软件，具有一定的计算机建模能力、网络基础知识； -主机厂和供应商端项目合作工作经验5年以上，英语良好优先。
