职位描述
岗位职责： - 负责C端加电APP后端系统（聚焦会员、营销、卡券、活动等核心领域）的技术规划、架构设计与演进，保障系统的高可用、高并发与可扩展性。 - 主导大型、复杂营销活动（如秒杀、优惠券发放）等高并发场景的技术方案设计与实现，解决分布式事务、性能瓶颈、数据一致性等核心技术难题。 - 深入理解业务，将业务需求转化为高效、稳健的技术方案；探索AI Agent等新技术在智能营销、会员服务等场景的应用落地，驱动业务创新。 - 完善系统的监控、告警、容灾与降级方案，对线上系统的稳定性和SLA负责；主导代码评审，制定技术规范，提升工程质量。 - 负责团队技术指导和核心人才培养，通过技术分享、文档沉淀等方式，提升团队整体技术水平。
