职位描述
负责电机控制器产品的硬件架构设计，硬件需求开发以及硬件功能安全开发。需要具备电机控制器的基本原理，对新能源电驱行业的趋势有较深理解。 Core Responsibilities主要职责: - 根据系统需求，通过仿真、标准、FMEA、测试等多维度设计方法，主导硬件性能需求，硬件功能需求，硬件模块需求三个层次的需求开发工作。 - 对外承接系统部需求、对软件部为硬件对接窗口；对内参与硬件开发，高效沟通，促进项目的开发。 - 主导硬件需求的评审工作，与系统、软件、硬件集成、硬件测试、硬件平台完成需求闭环。 - 主导电力电子控制器硬件功能架构设计，包括硬件架构概念设计、电源架构设计、硬件功能清单定义等。 - 主导硬件层级功能安全设计，独立完成硬件层级DFMEA、FTA、DFA、PIN-FMEA、FMEDA、Fault-matrix相关分析工作。
